As of September 5, 2007, Jude is fully weaned from the breast. What a bittersweet time. I will cherish those moments forever, and I am so glad I chose that route.
Still no talking! We thought we heard "Da Da" more than once, as well as "book" and the infamous "backpack", but we can't get him to repeat things. It's like that Looney Tunes frog who only sings when no one is watching. Ah well...one day, we will not be able to shut him up. :)
He can point to any ceiling fan as well as his hair, and he will brush his own hair (not very well), and Mommy and Daddy's hair as well. He does not get yet that the toothbrush is a different kind of brush, and he tries to brush his hair with the toothbrush.
Jude remains, as always, a real cutie.
