17 Words + Teeth

Remember how I was worried Jude would never say anything? We now have on our little list of words:

There may be a few more, but I think that's a pretty impressive list. He doesn't talk continuously or anything, but he is talking quite a bit more than he used to. Of course, he never performs for me. He's like the Loony Tunes frog. I try to get him to say something to people, and he just sits there. And ribbits. :)


He was on a little teeth hiatus there for a while. He had 6 teeth, and then nothing. Now, he is getting at least 5 in at once, including molars! Poor little guy. That's gotta hurt. He seems to be taking it pretty well though, other than a decrease in appetite.


Other achievements: Walks backwards, pulls caterpillar toy, pushes popcorn popper toy, easily climbs stairs and everything else, can get off the couch and chairs by himself, easily gets in and out of his kiddy seats, including the Bumbo, can successfully arch his back and stiffen up so he just sort of slides right out of his carseat or high chair if he doesn't feel like getting in them. :)
